Useful answers before you start.
Do I need an account to start?
No. You can browse and build a package plan without an account or contact details. We ask for your details when you choose to save the plan and request a personal recommendation.
Will the builder give me an instant quote?
The builder can assess specific garment choices against your budget using published embroidery prices and checked delivery rules. Unknown costs are clearly marked, and size differences may produce a range. INKLINE then checks your choices, artwork and final sizes before preparing a confirmed quote. Any catalogue estimates have their own quantity and embroidery conditions; the final quote confirms the complete cost.
What if I don’t know my budget?
Leave it blank and ask for guidance. If you set a budget, we treat it as the amount for the complete package, including embroidery, setup and delivery. We’ll discuss adjustments if the requested mix cannot be supplied within it.
Can different roles have different clothing?
Yes. Add the roles and headcounts in your package, then describe any different requirements. We can tailor the actual garment recommendation to each role in your showroom.
Can I see my logo first?
You can upload a resized logo preview when saving your package. Your showroom can show approximate placement. Production artwork, dimensions and thread colours are checked separately before production.
How do I choose the right sizes?
Individual garment pages show supplier sizing information where available. Compare the stated measurement type carefully. If a chart is missing or the fit is uncertain, ask us before finalising sizes.
Can I provide my own garments?
Our service covers garments supplied by INKLINE, so we can consider the garment and embroidery together.
Does submitting a package place an order?
No. It asks us to prepare a recommendation. A final quote and production artwork are agreed separately before production.
How do new starters and repeat orders work?
Your approved showroom stays in your account. Choose the relevant role, sizes and quantities to request another quote. We check current prices and availability before confirming the order.
